Chicken salad

Yesterday we had a dinner with new couple of friends that we recently have met. I was extra pleased to meet this couple because they are like us. She is also originally from Russia and moved to Florida from Boston and her husband is local. I have already forgotten how it does feel to talk to someone in your own mother tongue, especially when husbands are chatting on a subject which is boring for women. I have to admit that sometimes I use Swedish words without notice it by myself, and the surprised face of my companion reminds me that I need to watch my language. We did a beef stroganoff and a salad; everything was tasty except the rise which was overcook, but nobody noticed it.

The recipe (4 portions)
150g arugula salad
2 celery stems
½ cucumber
2 salads onions
2 Tbsp chopped fresh parsley
25g walnuts
350g fried chicken, sliced
1 handful of stone free blue grapes, halved
Salt and pepper
Dressing
2 Tbsp olive oil
1 Tbsp sherry wine vinegar
1 tsp Dijon mustard
